PRICE AND PAYMENT

Prices include all taxes but exclude shipping and handling costs.
Prices are liable to change at any time excluding orders that had been already made.
We will ship your order only after the payment had been cleared.
All the prices and payments are in United States dollars (USD). Please be aware of all changes in your currency rate to prevent any misunderstandings.

Please notice that delivery to your country may be a subject to custom and other import regulations including taxes.
All our brands are produced and approved by Israeli authorities including Ministry of Health. All products are packed and sealed according to regulations.
The buyer must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your country where the products are shipped. HomeKosher will not hold any responsibility for any breach by customers of any such laws.

Please inform HomeKosher within 2 days after receiving your order if for any reason you are unhappy with our product. You can contact us by sending us a message via our contact page. We would ask that you return the product and the delivery note. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. Any costs incurred by you for returning the product are non-refundable.

Please check that all your details are correct at the time of placing your order. This includes your name, address and contact details. HomeKosher will not be held liable for any errors resulting in a late or failed delivery.
Deliveries will be made as set out in our delivery guidelines.
We may be unable to deliver your selected products if they are out of stock or have been discontinued. If this is the case we will try to contact you or replace the items which are out of stock.
HomeKosher reserves the right to change terms and conditions. If any such changes occur they will be posted on our website and it is your responsibility to read them.
